Swiftsure finances real estate companies that employ conservative underwriting standards and have a strong track record of success in all real estate disciplines, from acquisition to management and sale. We carefully review each potential acquisition and its financing structure, and we require that each real estate sponsor invest alongside our investors.

We prefer to work with real estate groups that operate in strong secondary markets, rather than top tier markets where prices are often overbid. In secondary cities our real estate groups are more likely to lock in value through the acquisition of well-located, low-basis projects that are the preferred properties in those markets.
