Greg is the Founder and President of Vinton Street Partners Inc., a Seattle-based real estate and finance-consulting firm established in 2003. As a Managing Director of Swiftsure Securities, he leads our real estate group. Over the last ten years he has been instrumental in raising over $200 million of private debt and equity capital for the acquisition and renovation of hotels and office buildings throughout the country.

 

Prior to Vinton Street Partners, Greg was the lead advisor to various Seattle-area companies, and led the $50 million restructure of the Seattle Paramount Theatre. He was also CEO of ShadowCatcher Entertainment, where he completed the financing of three independent feature films, including the winner of the 1998 Sundance Film Festival.

 

Greg began his entrepreneurial career as a co-founder of Seattle-based Heartland Group, Inc., a national pre-development land acquisition and management firm. At Heartland, he led the formation of 33 limited partnerships that raised over $200 million of equity capital for the acquisition and pre-development of 35 parcels of land throughout the United States.

 

Greg is active in the Seattle arts and finance community and is Vice President of the board of directors of the Seattle Theatre Group. He was born and raised in Nebraska and is a passionate Cornhusker fan. Greg holds a bachelor of arts from the University of Arizona. He and his wife Allison have three grown daughters.
